Stephan Ferenczy studied at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and co-founded BEHF Corporate Architects in 1995.

The practice has completed projects across the globe. Notable projects include the Beles Towers in Astana, The Waltz building in Manila and the Motto Am Fluss Cafe in Vienna.

BEHF Corporate Architects see architecture as a means of communication. Buildings can influence people’s mood, should provide a comfortable atmosphere, and may stimulate through form, material, colors, light and harmony. Thus BEHF intentionally uses architecture – not to claim attention by means of aesthetics, but with the intention to make our built surroundings appear calm, yet attractive.

Amongst many awards, BEHF received the German Design Award, the American Architecture Prize and the Architizer A+Awards.
