Wilfried Kuehn is a partner of the architecture bureau Kuehn Malvezzi, curator and author.

Since 2018 he has been teaching spatial design and drafting at the Vienna University of Technology.

Kuehn Malvezzi conceive architecture as a cultural practice that addresses social and political relationships beyond typological categories. The office, founded in 2001, became internationally known for its redesign and expansion of numerous museum buildings. Over the past 10 years, Kuehn Malvezzi has expanded its portfolio to include buildings on complex inner-city sites, residential construction, and designs on an urban scale.

Current projects include the new building for the Insectarium at the Botanical Gardens in Montreal and the interfaith House of One, an exposed brick structure built over the foundations of Berlin's earliest church. Kuehn Malvezzi's work has been shown in various international exhibitions, including the 10th, 13th, and 14th Venice Architecture Biennales and the 1st and 2nd Chicago Architecture Biennials.
